On 1 January 2008 there were 1,450,000 staves at our mill.
The logs were then brought to our Palacoulo seasoning park in closed trucks, exclusively used for this purpose.
Our woodlot is ideally positioned for seasoning oak: 150 km from the windy Atlantic Ocean coast, at an altitude of 700 m, surrounded by a conservation area, with 900 mm annual rainfall and an average temperature of 13°C.
