This is the second strong point of our cooperage. It is also the best-kept secret. Every cooper has his own way of toasting.

Our secret lie in the pure respect of low and long time toasting tradition. We insert it in our ISO norm.

For hogsheads and puncheons as for alternatives and casks we adapt our toasting methods.

We have divided them into four main families.
